In our therapy sessions, you will get help to heal from life's overwhelming events. You may gain freedom from shame, fear, sadness, guilt, anger, and unwanted thoughts. Your mind and body will learn the process of healing. You will learn to keep the danger that impacted you in the past, in the past. And you will learn to live in the present. Your mind and body will define you now, not your past.
With care, I use a combination of cognitive processing therapy and trauma informed care which has been proven to reduce PTSD symptoms. I provide a space of trust and free of judgment which will allow you to explore your present and past safely. It may seem impossible, but I will help you see life differently such that you can turn tragedy into triumph.
