Counseling can help make these difficult emotions and situations less daunting. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and am trained and certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I utilize a variety of therapy approaches to help those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD and behavioral concerns, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and trauma response, physical/sexual/emotional abuse at any age, life transitions, parenting concerns, and family therapy.
