You may be here because your child is struggling at school or home. They may appear to have it all together, but then meltdown with no warning. I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach that is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each persons journey. I use a combination of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy to meet kids and teens where they are. In the therapy space, I am laid-back, warm, and flexible. I view my clients as the expert of their lives and I am a guide to help them navigate challenges they face.
I work with children and parents to help understand what is causing meltdowns, give space to talk about stressors, and build resiliency and skills to support emotional regulation. In therapy with me, your child will gain awareness and confidence and you will have access to parenting support for hole and school.
It can be exhausting and distressing to try and fit into the expectations of the world and others. Especially for children, teens, and young adults, there is pressure from the world, society, and social media to change who you are and be something you are not. I don’t want to change you, I want you to find ways to support and embrace all parts of yourself!

Building Connections Play Based Group
This small, neurodivergent affirming, play-based group will help children connect with peers their age while building friendship and interpersonal skills through fun, guided activities in a supportive environment. Children will be able to use play and creativity to increase their self-confidence with social interactions.
