I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and Emotionally Focused work to support deeper connection with yourself and the people who matter most. I also draw from Strength-Based approaches, because I believe you already carry resilience and resources we can build on.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to support you in the process, remind you of your strengths, and support you in creating a life that feels more authentic and balanced.
