I take a gentle, integrative approach—drawing from IFS ( or parts work ), Polyvagal theory, CBT, DBT, and trained in EMDR—to support your healing. In our sessions, we will learn different ways to heal your body, mind, and thoughts to rebuild connection with your authentic self and the world around you. Healing is possible.
