I’m Angel Byrd, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with 4 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and seniors in managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and major or chronic illnesses. I believe we’re deeply connected to everything around us—our experiences shape how we see ourselves, and we have the power to write new narratives that align with the lives we want to lead. I meet my clients exactly where they are, working collaboratively toward their goals.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University, and I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, positive psychology, and a Humanistic approach in my work.
