Life happens and sometimes we need a listening ear. Other times we need help with dealing with life's challenges and changes. Life changes can include (but are not limited to) depression, anxiety, stress, loss, personal, family and/or financial hardships. Whatever the concern and despite how you feel, there is a solution. You have to decide to take the first step. The bottom line is, if nothing changes then nothing changes. The truth is, it takes courage to change and to do something different.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington, DC and Maryland with 11 years of experience providing counseling, my primary goal is to make you feel supported on your road to change. My role is to listen to your needs, help you build on your strengths and identify a plan of action to move forward.
My office location is metro accessible, provides ample parking and has an elevator access. I am available for early mornings and late evening sessions. I am also Prepare Enrich Certified providing a couples curriculum to engaged and pre-marital couples. Remember it's never to late for a fresh start!
