For over the past 10 years, I've counseled women and men with different diagnoses from various backgrounds, belief systems, ideologies, and walks of life. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, anger management, co-dependency, boundaries, building healthy relationships, church hurt/spiritual abuse and more.
I have a person-centered holistic approach to therapy that works with clients at their pace. Understanding that therapy is not a one-size fits all, I incorporate several treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and more) as needed in order to address client symptoms/challenges that are impacting their level of functioning.
