Alexandra is a Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her experience consists of working in many diverse settings including youth mobile crisis, at emergency departments, in inpatient hospitals, and with individual, group, and family therapy. While working in various roles, she has found a passion for working with children and their families, young adults, and adults. Throughout Alexandra’s experience she has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-destructive behaviors, ADHD, behavioral issues, Autism, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and trauma.
The focus of therapy is you. Therefore Alexandra uses a strength based and client centered approach. She can support you in recognizing unhealthy thinking patterns and problem behaviors. She is CBT/DBT trained and trauma informed. With her support and guidance you will be able to take control of your life, achieve internal peace, and life satisfaction.
