No waitlist! Friday sessions availability! When you’re struggling, it’s hard to know where to begin to just feel better. Taking the leap to start therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I understand talking to someone you don’t know about things you may not have shared before isn’t easy. Having a safe place to feel valued and heard is important to me and your well being. I invest my time in you so you can feel like you again. My collaborative style allows you to be a partner in reaching your goals on your journey to change.
I work with individuals of all ages-age 4 to older adults. At our first meeting, I will conduct a thorough assessment to obtain a history, gain a clear picture of what brings you to therapy, and most importantly, to get to know you. We will develop a plan to determine your goal(s) for therapy. My goal is to help you heal and develop healthy coping skills.
Therapy is not just a journey; it is YOUR journey. As your therapist, I will strive to support you, empower you, provide a safe environment for you and be a source of compassion on your path to healing.
