Over the last 16 years, I have provided counseling for children, teens, and adults. I am passionate about working with individuals that have a profound desire to facilitate change in their lives. I provide therapy to individuals belonging to the LGBTQ+ community, along with individuals of all ages and genders that are experiencing increased Anxiety, Depression, or symptoms of PTSD. I utilize therapeutic interventions from CBT, ACT, Trauma Focused CBT, and Play Therapy techniques to help individuals meet their therapeutic goals.
