I use traditional talk and psychoanalytical therapy with structed modalities, such as CBT, that provides you with both the space to process and the tools to implement practical skills. Having helped clients of all ages work through their most difficult hurt, I have extensive experience using trauma informed care and understand the impact of trauma.
