I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, and a Registered Drama Therapist. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from Union College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. I provide both individual and group therapy to children and adults of all ages and abilities. I have worked in public and residential schools, psychiatric hospitals, specialized clinics, and family services. I have training in Trauma-Informed Treatment Motivational Interviewing, Substance Abuse ,Grief Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. I combine those treatment techniques with my training in arts-based approaches to mental health care in addition to utilizing a person-centered approach, allowing for individually crafted care.
