They may be navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or professional stress, especially in school or helping professions. They want greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence in themselves and their direction. Together, we explore how relationships, environments, and expectations contribute to stress while building healthier boundaries, practical coping strategies, and a stronger sense of self.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and helping professionals experiencing anxiety, burnout, stress, and major life transitions. With a background in school-based mental health and integrative care, I take a collaborative and holistic approach to helping clients reconnect with their values, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with resilience
