Have you been carrying emotional burdens and restlessness — anxiety that won't quiet, a relationship losing its closeness, or a postpartum experience that doesn't look the way you expected. Many of my clients are women who are holding a lot and have finally decided to get real support. I also work with many investigating the deeper meaning of life and spirituality.
I specialize in postpartum and maternal concerns, anxiety, trauma, and couples work. My approach blends depth psychology, parts work, CBT, and mindfulness. I've delved into mindfulness as doctoral focus and through extensive retreats and trainings. I have personal experience with postpartum and extended NICU stays.
