I can offer alternative ways of managing triggers, stressors, and emotions, as well as help you clarify what it is that you want for yourself. I have a passion for working with relationship issues and stress. I like to work with people who are experiencing distress, want to figure out why, and want to start to take some actions toward resolving the distress.
