With men, I specialize in increasing emotional intelligence and communication so they can enrich relationships with their loved ones that are struggling or can be better than it is. When working with children and adolescents, I specialize in anxiety, building coping and interpersonal skills, and healing through traumatic or confusing times and events. With Highly Sensitive People, I specialize in helping understand their world and how to interact with it, and provide tools to take their unique strengths and qualities for self-actualization.
When working with young adults I offer tools to help form identity and purpose while making sense of the world. With men, I work to improve the self for others to benefit. With children and teens I utilize a variety of techniques play therapy techniques. When working with Highly Sensitive People, I equip them to thrive with their wonderful traits.
