I'm a mental health therapist who assists people to feel better and function more effectively in their lives. My skills cultivate the intrinsic, lasting mental health that is in each person. I lean toward methods like mindfullness based stress reduction and acceptance and commitment therapy to cultivate innate mental health in each client.
