The resources we need are embedded within us and sometimes we need help by "talking it out" to be reminded on how to access these inner-tools. I specialize in client-centered practices and solution-focused approaches. I have worked with individuals, families, and veterans on trauma-related issues such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
