Finding a safe place where you can be vulnerable isn’t easy. I’m here to help you hold that space to facilitate meaningful change. Whether you’re addressing anxiety, depression, expanding your coping tools, or working to gain a clearer sense of self, therapy can help you move toward stability, safety, and resilience. I work with adults of many backgrounds, including queer people, men exploring emotional understanding, artists, and people navigating addiction and harm reduction. I have a special interest in helping people explore their truth after coercive influence in relationships and high-control groups.

All are welcome here, and I am committed to culturally humble, antiracist, queer- and femme-affirming care. Collaboratively with you, I utilize relational and attachment-driven approaches and interventions such as ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. My background in performing arts informs how I incorporate creativity, somatics, and mindfulness.

Your feelings and challenges are understandable and I’m here to validate you. My hope is that our sessions can foster growth in the many parts of your life with insight and compassionate curiosity. From that place, we can begin to understand how you arrived at this moment and consider what moving forward might look like with greater clarity and care.
