I work primarily with males ages 12 and older seeking to find support through a number of different challenges such as anxiety/panic disorder, depression, life transitions, career challenges/occupational stress, relational concerns and issues specific to men. I also have experience working with couples seeking to improve their relationship.
I believe that the client knows best about what will help them change and seek to support them in their goals. I make goal setting a part of the process early and review goals often to make sure I'm meeting client needs. While I allow the client to lead, I am willing to help remove barriers to insight when applicable.
