I have expertise helping clients with depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, relationship difficulties, trauma/PTSD, sexual compulsivity and sexual difficulties, addictive behaviors/substance abuse, and providing LGBTQIA affirmative therapy. I have worked within the Naval Hospital Medical System and have experience treating Veterans and Active Duty Service Members.
I specialize in individual therapy, and have training in psychodynamic group therapy. I have an eclectic approach to therapy combining Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing approaches through an Attachment Theory lens, and believe in the utilization of Self Compassion in the change process.
Initial consultations are $60.00 for a 45 min session and ongoing therapy sessions are $125.00 for a 45 min session. I do offer afternoon, evening and weekend appointments. Please see my website for additional information and contact me with any questions.
