I specialize in individual therapy, and have training in psychodynamic group therapy. I have an eclectic approach to therapy combining Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing approaches through an Attachment Theory lens, and believe in the utilization of Self Compassion in the change process.
Initial consultations are $60.00 for a 45 min session; ongoing sessions are $125.00 for 45 min. I offer afternoon, evening and weekend morning in-office appointments. My practice is primarily in-person as I believe clients benefit most from this modality. I also offer some Walk and Talk sessions in the South Bay/Chula Vista area. Online therapy as needed.
