I have expertise helping clients with depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, relationship difficulties, trauma/PTSD, sexual compulsivity and sexual difficulties, addictive behaviors/substance abuse, and providing LGBTQ affirmative therapy. I have worked within the Naval Hospital Medical System and have experience treating Veterans and Active Duty Service Members.
I specialize in individual therapy, but also have experience and training in psychoeducational and psychodynamic group therapy. I have an eclectic approach to therapy which combines Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Relational Therapy and Attachment Theory.
Initial consultations are $45.00 for a 45 min session and ongoing therapy sessions are $80.00 for a 45 min session. I do offer afternoon, evening and weekend appointments. Please see my website for additional information and contact me with any questions.
