Being heard is powerful. When you’ve been struggling to find balance in your life or in your family nothing feels right and it is more difficult to find creative solutions to everyday problems. I provide empathetic, clinical strategies personally tailored to your needs to help you restore balance.
I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD and relationship challenges to identify and pursue what is most important to them. I help couples who have difficulty hearing each other to develop more effective ways to connect, communicate and solve problems. I also provide premarital counseling to those seeking a process to start strongly.
I tend to think that if things go well and you reach your goal, it has less to do with what we do in the counseling office and more to do with what you do in your own life, family and community. It is my hope that the things we work on in sessions will empower you with a new way of reaching goals that will work in the real world and not just in my office.
