My therapeutic approach is informed by over twenty years of personal and professional
experience with attachment work and mind-body-oriented therapies. My training includes Somatic Experiencing, Relational Bodywork and Somatic Education (BASE), Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), Somatic Resilience & Regulation (SRR), and Conversational Leadership.
The process of recognizing and engaging yourself does not necessarily require more knowledge or information. Rather, it involves cultivating a deeper capacity to be in relationship with your whole experience—your physical interactions, thoughts, emotions and your relationship with the unseen.
