Greetings! My name is Andy Le, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern California. I take a person-centered and humanistic approach to therapy in a holistic manner to allow the client the opportunity to discover self-determination: voice and choice. While following a person-centered foundation, I will incorporate structured interventions such as cognitive-behavior, strength-based, and mindfulness to decrease daily stressors. The therapeutic modalities that I commonly use are solution-focused, strength-based, humanistic, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and trauma-focused.
In my sessions, I provide a non-judgmental environment that comes from a place of calm, compassion, and empathy. I provide an environment that will allow the client to increase their awareness, freedom, and self-direction in exploring different solutions and goals.
Initially, I will follow a solution-focused approach to assess acuity level of the client to determine either brief or long-term therapy approach. In addition, I like to develop rapport and trust with the client as we collaborate together on their therapeutic journey.
