I help people with complex lives, who are struggling with anxiety or grief, to achieve peace. I am known for being professional, empathetic, and pragmatic. I help people make changes in what they can control: their perceptions, their patterns, and their responses. I also help people let go of what they cannot control, in order to focus on what will help them the most: managing their own body, mind, heart, and spirit. I help people create a stronger sense of self, empowered in a deeply meaningful way.
Anxiety and grief are my specialties. For grief, I offer the tools and the connection needed to recover fully. For anxiety, I train people to focus on what they can control, while unhooking themselves from burdens they should not carry. Talk therapy really helps.
Life is hard enough when things are going well, but we can get swamped with awful circumstances. We can get overwhelmed with loss. The storms can converge into a "perfect storm."
