I have four specialties: 1) helping heal and deepen relationships through Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, 2) helping people understand and reduce chronic anxiety, 3) overcoming stuck places of emotional shutdown and low motivation, and 4) healing religious or spiritual wounds, including trauma and neglect. All four of these specialties have a common goal; to help you discover your most authentic self. Living as your authentic self is an experience of presence, inspiration, strength, compassion, confidence and self-awareness. It's a place of connection - to yourself, to other people, and to something larger than us.
The key to lasting change is integration, which includes your physical body, your emotional brain, your cognitive brain, your relationship patterns, your vocation, and more. Distress is a signal that some part of your life is calling to be more fully integrated. Together, we can discover, heal, and integrate whatever part is out of alignment.
