I work with people who are looking for structural change, not just help managing symptoms. The Emotion-Focused, Somatic, Experiential, and Psychodynamic approaches in which I'm trained are focused on helping people feel stronger, worthy, wiser, inspired, more open and more connected - to themselves and to others. By finding and healing emotional wounds, you unlock energy to be more present and to feel more like yourself. By finding and changing emotional patterns, you can create new habits of feeling and really change your life.

I have 3 specialties. 1) Relationships: I am certified in EFT to help couples overcome injuries and create healthy patterns together. 2) Work: being stuck or burned out is an emotion issue. We can use parts work, experiential therapy, and AEDP to access your inspiration and get you moving. 3) Spirituality: we can heal the scars of religious trauma together.
