My experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with people from all over the world, different walks of life and professions as well as issues - addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, motivation, trauma (work place, relational, medical, military, sexual, emotional, physical, childhood, family), self-esteem, anger, life changes & challenges, crises, relationships, mood, grief/loss, bipolar, psychotic disorders, ADHD, stress and specific young adult issues (college).
My professional orientation is Psychotherapy or otherwise known as Talk-Therapy. I am also informed in and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused/Problem Solving Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed, Motivational Interviewing, Grief/Loss, Insight/Psycho-Dynamic Therapy, Self-Care/Coping Skills and Tool.
