I am looking for a client who, like myself, is willing to learn and grow. Our lives are ever changing and having someone to help guide you through those slings and arrows of life is who I hope to be. I specialize in EMDR, play/movement based therapy with CBT principles, and parent/child relationships.
As odd as it sounds, my specialty is human connection. Yes, I help clients with things like anxiety, trauma, ADHD, etc, but what we all need is a human connection in the therapeutic relationship. I want to get to know everything about you and what makes you tick. From there, we can begin bettering your life inch by inch.
