About
Take back control of your life and become the best version of yourself. I work with clients to collaboratively develop a plan that addresses your needs, incorporates your strengths, and alleviates your symptoms. My approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and pragmatic. I believe that my clients ultimately know what is best for them, and it is my job to facilitate improvement through an empathetic yet challenging therapeutic environment. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and relationship issues, we will identify patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are holding you back.
I work with adults and adolescents around issues including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, life transitions and relationship issues. I am dedicated to helping individuals discover new perspectives and solutions to difficult life challenges so that they may unleash and experience their true potential.
My genuine interest in people has helped me facilitate building the necessary therapeutic relationship to bring about change within the client. We will work on rediscovering your strengths, creating alternative ways of thinking and being, making concrete changes, reducing your stress level and helping you find and overcome your challenges.
