I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families. I specialize in women who are reinventing themselves and family members of individuals with mental illness.
I will support you in obtaining clarity and forward momentum around life transitions, depression, identity issues, relationships, addictions, trauma, anxiety and health challenges. My approach includes the belief that we all can function better using our creativity and spontaneity. I will spend time developing the wisdom you have within you.
My work is strength based and experiential and includes spontaneity, creativity and intention setting. In addition to Drama Therapy & EMDR, I use techniques to spur your creativity; play, movement, guided imagery, art, breathing and felt senses. As a drama therapist I use theatre techniques, role playing, embodying parts of the self, as well as talk therapy.
