I also specialize in working with individuals and couples on communication, intimacy, infidelity, new parenthood, navigating intercultural/interracial differences, and improving connectedness.
I strive to assist clients to see the light within themselves that is so eager to shine bright. I believe that everyone is unique - so I take an integrative approach to counseling including DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic, Relational, Existential, and Gottman Method.
