I believe the problems that arise are not within individuals but within the relationships they have to themselves and others. My goal in therapy is to help you change these relationships to improve your quality of life and attain a greater sense of peace.

I have extensive experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings to include: sexual/physical abuse victims, domestic violence victims, adolescents, couples, and families with everyday problems. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and have worked with immigrant families and the unique struggles adjusting presents to families.
