Using a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, I’ll help you discover new perspectives on your situation, learn to embrace difficult emotions, and develop healthy coping strategies that fit your unique needs.
Clients can expect a welcoming atmosphere without judgement. My goal in the first session is to get to know the client, understand their concerns and goals they want to work on and create a safe and comfortable place.
I value being reliable to my clients, as well as communicative. I do not cancel short notice and always give advance notice of appointment changes. I always want my clients to feel comfortable, safe, and in a non-judgmental environment
