For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and adolescents from traumatic backgrounds, including those affected by abuse and neglect. That formative experience shaped my approach to counseling, which emphasizes understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My clinical focus includes the treatment of anxiety-related disorders—such as phobias, OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety. I also work with individuals navigating depression and challenges related to ADHD.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach for changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. For those seeking faith-based support, I offer Biblical Counseling, a specialty focusing on the sufficiency of scripture in all of life. I'm also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, specializing in anxiety-related disorders.
