Having worked in many settings, including medical detox, RTC, PHP and IOP levels of care, I incorporate a strengths-based approach & utilize evidenced-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, Relational Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. With over a decade of experience working in the addiction field utilizing empathy and humor, I have been intensively trained in a variety of modalities to ensure personalized treatment.
