Looking for a down to earth Therapist you can be your true self around? Hello, I hope to meet you soon! I am a fully licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelors in Psychology, from Oakland University. My background includes experience working with and providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including in the home, inpatient and outpatient settings. I carry a strong passion for supporting those looking to overcome a variety of challenges that affect one’s mind, body and spirit.
I value bringing a range of evidenced-based therapy interventions to the table based on individual needs with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strive to create a warm, safe, and comfortable environment to work together as a team to reach personalized goals set out for care.
