I work primarily with couples, parents, families, co-parents, adolescents and pre-teens. We work together to process conflict, trauma, betrayal, estrangement, and grief. I also provide intensive sessions (2+ hours) for couples or families in urgent seasons of repair, betrayal, loss, IPV, or separation work when appropriate and requested.
I provide in-person sessions Mon-Thur 9am-4pm.
Extended sessions and intensives accommodated during weekdays and weekends.
Virtual therapy is available to regular in-person clients as needed.
I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, like family systems (SFT), emotional dynamics (EFT), parts work (IFS), story work (Narrative), and wisdom (DBT). While not essential to my clinical work, I am also a Christian minister with extensive theological and biblical studies, and am able to integrate complex issues of faith if desired.
