I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience treating adults, young adults, athletes, and couples. I provide individual and couples therapy, as well as Sport Psychology services for high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. My approach is supportive, client-centered, and humanistic. I see my role as facilitating growth and work to understand and support my clients' values, feelings, and goals. I strive to be authentic and personable, believing that trust, safety, and a strong therapeutic relationship foster meaningful change and well-being.
I earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from William James College in Boston, MA, and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at UCLA with training in Sport Psychology. I now work full-time in private practice and serve as the head Sport Psychologist for On Athletics Club (OAC), a professional running team based in Boulder, CO.
I am grounded in relational, emotionally focused, and psychodynamic theories that explore emotions, relationships, personal strengths, and life experiences to foster growth and lasting change. I also incorporate mental performance skills and DBT informed interventions to enhance emotion regulation, anxiety management, and sport performance.
