I have worked with clients of all ages, from young children to older adults. In my behavioral role, I worked one-on-one with children and their families to reduce problematic behaviors and enhance their ability to thrive in daily life. One of my favorite groups to work with is young adults. This crucial transition phase between childhood and adulthood is key for developing their worldview and identity. Young adults can engage in both playful and philosophical therapies, offering a wide range of modalities to explore and find what works best for them. That said, I believe this approach can work well with all ages.

I am passionate about both the philosophy of life and providing effective talk therapy. The question of what it means to "live a good life" has as many answers as there are individuals seeking them. For some, it's about finding ways to just get by, while others are overwhelmed by juggling numerous tasks and relationships, struggling to make sense of it all.

Clients have said my calm, open, and accepting nature helped them feel comfortable and gain trust to engage in therapy. I connect with all clients on a human level, believing we share similar hopes and dreams for the future. My goal is for sessions to feel as easy as talking to a close family member or friend.
