Life can feel overwhelming, messy, or confusing. It can be difficult to make meaning of it all, and you do not have to feel like you’re walking that journey alone. I am here to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together to pursue your goals and tackle life’s challenges, big or small.
I am a clinical psychologist with 5+ years of experience treating adults with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I also specialize in postpartum depression and perinatal care for parents.
One of my favorite parts of therapy is collaborating with clients to create a space of mutual compassion, vulnerability, and trust in one another as we work toward your identified goals. I encourage you to come as you are; the therapeutic space allows us to explore past, present, and future through a lens of non-judgemental curiosity.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you further; schedule a free 15-minute consultation phone call where we can discuss your needs, goals, and preferences for therapy.
