Too often Christians practice solely from a spiritual perspective and neglect the psychological or worse, deny it exists. I believe both spiritual and psychological can work together.
My job is to converge the two, both faith and psychology, to create a more holistic approach to counseling. We will work together to integrate your faith in your life as well as decrease depression, anxiety, anger, relational challenges, and low self-esteem.
Having lived through psychological issues (both of the physical and emotional nature) I speak not just from formal training, but through experience. I understand the frustration and feelings of helplessness that follow. Let's refuse to allow these things to control and define us. Let's break free and overcome these challenges.
