I primarily treat clients who are struggling with suicidal thoughts, thoughts or self harm behaviors, depression, and trauma. I work best with clients who are goal focused, and who are eager to bring these goals to our sessions. I am a direct and compassionate clinician who emphasizes looking at the broader system that a person exists within to identify practical solutions to the concerns of my clients.

I specialize in treating clients with suicidal thoughts, thoughts of hurting themselves, hopelessness, or clients who have experienced trauma. I enjoy helping clients reach acceptance over the things they cannot control, and to identify a path forward. I also enjoy helping my clients challenge unhelpful beliefs and in strengthening self esteem.

If you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, mood instability, lack of self trust, poor self esteem, or unresolved trauma, I am eager to work with you. I am intentional about maintaining a safe, non-judgmental place to process these experiences, especially given how scary it can be to admit these thoughts to a healthcare provider.
