About
I aspire to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment that will allow you to explore and gain greater knowledge of yourself and your relationships. Through our therapeutic relationship we will identify the positive and negative patterns in your life, empowering you to make the necessary changes to meet your goals, both short and long term. I assist you in gaining insight and perspective so that new ideas and feelings can emerge and create desired changes.
As a licensed treatment provider, I focus on trauma (sexual, physical, and psychological abuse), gay, lesbian and gender issues, and addiction (drug, alcohol, gambling, sex, debt) with individuals. I also have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, grief & loss, chronic illness, and life transition.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision; therefore, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you over the phone in advance. Please call 646-844-0444 to schedule a complimentary phone consultation. Our office provides a free benefits check and will file insurance claims on your behalf.
