I primarily utilize EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to assist clients in removing emotional blocks and to move on from traumatic experiences

I am an EMDRIA approved basic trained EMDR provider. I work with adults, working through life transitions, stress management, anger, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and a variety of other challenging situations.
