As a compassionate and experienced Therapist at The Mental Health and Trauma Therapy Center, I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. With extensive training in evidence-based approaches and cultural competencies, I help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. I am a trained therapist with a focus on Trauma, Anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, Grief, Men’s issues, and more, specializing in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I serve ALL Ages with ample experience with kids/teens. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
