About
You are facing a number of matters in your life, and things might feel like they are hopeless or there is no clear path forward. The things you used to enjoy don't have the same effect as they used to, and you aren't exactly sure why. You may worry about the outcome of your choices and decisions, and are not sure what happens next. Life may feel overwhelming, and at the end of the day you are questioning how you got here and where you go from this moment. You need someone in your corner who understands, listens, and can help you move forward.
I have 14 years experience in the behavioral health field working with adults, children, and families in Southwest Michigan. I utilize evidence-based and person-centered approaches to help my clients develop skills to become more resilient and find solutions that meet their needs. When we work together, you are the expert on what is best for your life.
I recognize that in this moment when you are looking for a therapist, that you may be feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, exhausted, and even alone. Please know you are not alone, and the support you need is only a phone call away. I look forward to our work together.
