As a therapist who specializes in the treatment of both mental health and substance use disorders, my approach centers around the strengths of the client while holding paramount the client's aspirations, needs, and goals. It is my intention to provide the most appropriate and effective services through the use of well-researched, best-practice models and approaches. In my practice, I work predominantly with youth, young adults, and adults (ages 13 to 55). When appropriate, we can discuss including family members, as this can be a healthy component of therapy.
