Our work can treat symptoms of grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Emotionally focused repair, cognitive insight, and concrete skills development can each play a role. My training emphasizes clients' experience in family, work, and other systems.
I utilize psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness interventions. I take a solution-focused and strength-based view toward clients' concerns. I am Prepare-Enrich certified and offer premarital, marital, and discernment counseling. My work with families includes issues with co-parenting, estrangement, caregiving, and failure to launch.
