I currently have a waitlist for new clients, but I'm always I'm here to acknowledge your internal experience and to help determine if any external forces are preventing you from finding peace of mind. Sometimes personal challenges feel unapproachable, and if left unmanaged, these struggles may breed negative outlooks which cultivate the loss of connection and purpose. Without connection, what happens to your authentic voice? Without purpose, how often does anxiety and/or depression hijack your thinking? My style is tailored for people needing relational reconnection, personal restoration, or insights leading to peace of mind.
It is my mission to approach each client with a mindful, clinically competent approach. I relish the privilege to work with adults, children, families, and couples who hope to repair, renew, or recreate meaningful connections while eliminating any lasting resentment or mistrust. I offer 60- and 90-minute sessions depending on the nature of your needs.
I treat my client's issues by examining root causes of symptoms while identifying their authentic clinical needs from a humanistic perspective. I hope to show every client they're equipped to handle the challenges and issues they've deemed unmanageable. Above all, I aim to provide trauma-informed, meaningful, trustworthy, and unconditionally viable support.
